Our Services

Creative Cultivators was built from years of listening to individuals, families, and support teams describe what was working, what wasn't, and what they wished support could look like. With more than 16 years of experience spanning direct support, program management, independent facilitation, and organizational leadership, we have intentionally shaped our services around those experiences.

Rather than beginning with services and asking how to deliver them well, we begin with people. We ask what matters most to them, what they want their lives to look like, and what each support should accomplish. From there, we design services that are person-centered, intentional, and functional—services that strengthen relationships, build sustainable systems, and help move people toward lives that are meaningful to them, not just compliant with requirements.
